1. Processing & Dispatch Times

• All orders are processed within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• Personalised items may take longer during peak seasons.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Express shipping options may be available at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
• Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.

4. International Shipping & Customs (Including Brexit Impact)

• We ship worldwide, but international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
• For EU Customers: Since Brexit, UK orders may now be subject to additional customs charges when arriving in the EU. These fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
• We are not responsible for customs delays. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow extra time for delays before contacting us.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs processing.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

• Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
